Cloud¶
- Requires isolated application using lime-crm >=2.437.0
On-premise¶
- Lime CRM Server: >=2022.3.1015 (2.437.0)
- Since addon-lime-event is based on custom endpoints Lime Marketing needs external access to the Lime CRM server. Make sure the web client is accessible via IP or a hostname from outside their hosting environment. This requires changes from their IT department. More info here.
Lime Marketing¶
- Make sure you have a Lime Marketing app.
- Make sure the Event module is activated
Newsletter integration¶
- If you want to be able to send event invite emails with feedback to Lime CRM you must have the Lime CRM Newsletter integration set up.

Before you proceed
- Is addon-lime-event installed on the server?
- (event invitations) Is newsletter installed and configured?
- (on-prem) Can we access the web client externally?
- Do you have a Lime Marketing app for the customer?
- Is the Event module activated in the Lime Marketing app?
